Pharmacy Technology
麻豆传媒鈥檚 Pharmacy Technology program is an option for those who want to interact with the public but who may not want to perform clinical tasks. Pharmacy technicians assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to the public, working in retail pharmacies like Walgreens and in-house pharmacies at medical facilities, among other settings. Dental Assisting
Dental assistants help hygienists and dentists with routine procedures like passing instruments and sterilizing equipment, and help make patients feel comfortable during dental appointments. Easy Student Access
Carrington鈥檚 Pleasant Hill college campus is located west of I-680 and north of Taylor Boulevard. It鈥檚 about a 40-minute drive northeast of San Francisco or a 2-hour ride on public transit. Less than two minutes from downtown Pleasant Hill, the campus is great for dining, shopping, and entertainment experiences.
Modern Facilities
The Pleasant Hill campus occupies approximately 27,000 square feet. The facilities include lecture/laboratory rooms, a veterinary lab and surgery room, and labs for the Physical Therapist Assistant and Respiratory Therapy programs.
Classrooms Geared for Learning
The campus Student Success Center is equipped with reference materials, textbooks, and journals; a student union; and a learning lab. Financial services, enrollment services, and career service support staff are all located in the main building.
